- Post or transmit content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory.

- Share the personal data (doxxing) of yourself or others in public notes.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or spam techniques to interact with the platform or manipulate the mood map.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or use the service for illegal purposes.
3. User Content and Interactions
- Moods and Notes: You are solely responsible for the content of the notes and mood check-ins you post. While notes are generally anonymous, they are public.
- Random Match: Our random matching system pairs you anonymously with others. You must treat your matches with respect. Harassment, unwanted sexual advances, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Identity Reveal: Choosing to reveal your username or follow another user is done at your own discretion and risk.
4. Content Moderation and Account Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, hide, or delete any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or severely violate our policies, without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The GlobalFeels brand, logos, design, and original software are the intellectual property of GlobalFeels. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission. By posting content (such as notes), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

We are constantly evolving the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of GlobalFeels at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
GlobalFeels is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalFeels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
